HeedYou Terms and Conditions

By signing up and using HeedYou you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. HeedYou may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. You must read all announcements on forum, blogs, and all our other official announcements to be aware of all modifications of our terms or policies. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement by deleting your account. Your continued participation in the HeedYou community following our posting of a change in policy notice or new Agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of members and advertisers

You must be 18 years of age or older. HeedYou is open to international members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name, email address, home address and any other correct information in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign up multiple times with different email addresses. Use of any kind of proxies is not allowed when signing up or using your account at HeedYou and may cause your account to be deleted.

You must be able to read and understand English.

You will use your username/password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your HeedYou account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by HeedYou be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any members that are known hackers, cheaters or have committed any other illegal or fraudulent activities elsewhere will have his/her account terminated.

You agree to receive important security notifications, purchase confirmations, responses to your messages to HeedYou and emails required to create or restore your account. Nothing else will be sent without your direct consent, and if you see something like that - someone is probably impersonating us.

HeedYou is not liable for any physical, financial, psychological or any other damage that is caused by any advertised website.

Advertisers are responsible for the content of the websites they are advertising. They must not contain any malware and mature, explicit, hateful and otherwise inappropriate content. Advertisements containing malware or mature, explicit or hateful content will be deleted as soon as possible without any refunds. In some cases legal action is possible.

HeedYou can modify your advertisement without your consent or any notifications in cases when HeedYou decides that it is appropriate.

Your earnings on HeedYou

In regards to any earnings you generate on HeedYou, you and HeedYou are to be considered independent contractors, nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and HeedYou. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of HeedYou. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this Section. HeedYou imposes no requirements or obligations towards the time you need to dedicate and you can cease your activity on HeedYou at any moment and for any reason. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for income generated while using HeedYou.

Limitation of liability

HeedYou will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or HeedYou, even if HeedYou has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payment

Members may earn by viewing ads delivered to them by HeedYou from our network of advertisers. Members may earn by referring new members to the HeedYou program. Members are paid using the payment method of their choice (from a list of available methods). Members can request payment when their cash balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by HeedYou - $1. PayPal withdrawals are a subject to 2% withdrawal fee, Payeer - 10% fee, and Skrill $0.50 fixed fee.

When you earn by completing tasks, the task balance must reach $5 before you can transfer funds from task balance to account balance.

Refund policy

Since HeedYou is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the advertisement, account upgrade or any other service has been paid for. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the service we supply. We do honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

1) We are not able to serve you due to technical reasons

2) Wrong service given

3) Honest mistake or misinterpretation of a service purchased, if reported quickly and service hasn't yet been activated

Please, note, that if your account is deleted due to any fraudulent activities, you can no longer claim any refunds.

Starting a transaction dispute or requesting a refund with any payment processor on a payment for any service may result in account termination or warning. Any such service will be suspended until the dispute or refund is resolved in our favor.

Starting a chargeback procedure on a payment for our services will result in account termination and possible legal action.

Spam

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with HeedYou and may result in legal prosecution. HeedYou strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.

Privacy

Information we gather

Email address - Your email address is required in order to be able to restore your account or receive important security notifications about your account. HeedYou will not send anything else without your permission. When you delete your account, your email may still be stored for anti-fraud purposes if your account is suspected to breach our terms.

Affiliate - When someone invites you via follower link, HeedYou stores this information in order to reward them for inviting you.

IP address and User agent history - HeedYou stores this information in order to ensure our ability to enforce ban on using multiple accounts and proxies. This data will remain on HeedYou, in anonymized form, even if you delete your account.

Username, First and Last name - This info is stored in order to identify your account in the system, to address you by name in certain situations and to help verify that payouts are sent to the right person.

Gender, Date of Birth and Country where you are located - For ad targeting and statistics purposes. May remain on HeedYou anonymously as a number in the statistics of ad views indefinitely.

Payout history - In order to track down possible problems with payouts and for anti-fraud purposes. This data will be stored indefinitely to help enforce ban on multiple accounts and proxies.

Survey answers - Sometimes, HeedYou may give you short multiple choice surveys to complete. Completion of those is not mandatory. HeedYou stores survey answers to generate statistics for advertisers and track who has completed certain surveys. Data will remain on HeedYou, in anonymized form (as a number in the statistics), even if you delete your account.

Private messages - HeedYou will store messages that you send to HeedYou support and other users.

You can delete your HeedYou account and erase your data at any point. Your login history, consisting of IP addresses and user agent strings, payout history, consisting of your email and name as shown by a payout processor and, in some cases, your email address will be stored indefinitely. This is required to ensure that you can't keep deleting your account and starting over again and again if you breach the terms. If your account is suspended for breach of terms it will be deleted automatically after 1 month unless you can provide a valid reason for restoring it during that time. If you stop using HeedYou, your account will be suspended first and then deleted for inactivity within 1 year.

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

All Payeer transactions are subject to the Payeer Privacy Policy.

All Skrill transactions are subject to the Skrill Privacy Policy.

Who has access to this information?

Aside from your username and gender, your personal information is only accessible by the HeedYou administrator(s).
